Product Overview

The Dodia Dryotech Conveyor Type Roaster is an advanced, continuous roasting system engineered for roasting of nuts, seeds, and snack products. Designed for consistent performance, hygiene, and flexibility, it delivers superior roasting results with precise control over temperature, air flow, and product movement.

Constructed from food-grade stainless steel SS 304 and equipped with PLC & HMI-based automation, the system ensures precise temperature control, data logging, and recipe management for repeatable product quality. It is designed for continuous operation with automatic feeding, air re-circulation, humidity control, and multi-zone temperature adjustment, making it suitable for diverse roasting applications.

The roaster operates within a temperature range of 80°C to 140°C, powered by Electric / Thermic Fluid Heater / Steam Boiler heating options. Its air re-circulation system optimizes heat efficiency and reduces energy consumption, while the humidity control unit ensures stable product quality even under varying ambient conditions. Available in multi-belt configurations (3-belt or 5-belt systems), the roaster is ideal for products like peanuts, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and other oilseeds or snack items. An optional cooling zone can be integrated directly into the system for product stabilization post-roasting.

The equipment features 70 mm double-wall insulated panels with stainless steel cladding, providing excellent heat retention and operational safety. Glass observation windows allow operators to monitor product flow and color during roasting, while the modular structure design enables easy future expansion or capacity upgrades. Quick-openable doors and a minimum-tools assembly ensure effortless cleaning, inspection, and maintenance.
